We want to teach fencing at your public, private or charter school!

Objectives: Your students learn a sport that promotes intellectual and physical fitness, tactical analysis and honor. Ultimately, participants will have the opportunity to test their skills in competition if they choose, but are not required.

Administration: Our program is a hassle free experience for school officials. Utah Valley is responsible for equipment, instruction, promotion and scheduling. Students will receive an introductory packet with information concerning safety, equipment, fees, and competitions.

Schools are only asked to provide appropriate space in which classes may be held. Class may be during or after school and lasts approximately 45 minutes, once per week. Utah Valley will provide a third party certificate of insurance (aggregate coverage for $1,000,000).

Students will receive “practice passes” to Utah Valley Sport Fencing in Orem at no charge, in addition to the regular instruction and use of equipment each week. This is an extra $35.00/month value that your students enjoy for free.  Practice passes are good for an extra practice per week on the electronic scoring systems and with fencers of all experience from around the valley.

Course Fee: $75.00 for 8 weeks, all equipment provided.
